Step 1: Discovery call

Are you curious if nutrition is at the root of the anxiety and depression symptoms you’re dealing with? Schedule a free 20-minute discovery call to talk about what’s right for you today. Included in this call is a complimentary nutritional assessment that provides a deep-dive analysis into your symptoms and the systemic imbalances in your body. You will be sent the questionnaire once the call is booked, and we will discuss some results at the time of the call. The photo to the right is an example of a client’s results over time.

 Step 2: Schedule Initial Session

 
 
 

Everyone starts with a 90-minute session reviewing your goals, health history, and food and mood journal. I will ask questions to gain a better understanding of your individual habits and needs, and will begin putting the pieces of your nutrition puzzle together. At the end of the session, we will discuss manageable and accessible next steps to get started on your journey.

total investment: 90 minutes for $150

 
 
 

 Step 3: Continue Progress

Schedule follow-up sessions to continue working towards your goal. Things included in these sessions are:

  • Long-term, personalized dietary and lifestyle recommendations

  • Supplement recommendations

  • Meal and prep planning

  • Stress reduction and sleep habit tools

  • Vitamin and mineral need analysis

  • Review of progress and barriers with initial recommendations

  • Digital summaries of meetings on shared Google Drive

  • Continued accountability
