Hi, I’m Arielle

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I help clients transform their eating habits, lifestyle routines, and nutritional understandings so they feel healthy and comfortable.

Nutrition is personal for me. After experiencing digestive issues (ulcers, SIBO, acid reflux, leaky gut, food sensitivities) in my 20s and 30s, I struggled with acne and skin conditions, hormonal imbalances, and anxiety. Then, following the birth of my daughter, I had postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety. I tried doctor after doctor, but nothing seemed to make me feel better. After pursuing nutrition, I learned how every part of the body is connected and how all of my issues were related.

Discovering holistic nutrition gave me the motivation to help others improve their mental and physical health. Everyone deserves to feel comfortable in their body. By working together, we can pinpoint how foods affect you and develop a custom action plan that supports your nutrition and lifestyle goals.

My other passion is working with children and teens. I have a master’s degree in education and spent 10 years teaching and coaching teachers in the NYC Department of Education.

Through my work, I bring compassion, patience, and understanding to your journey. By focusing on both your mind and your body, I want to empower you to achieve your health goals.

In my “free time” (when I’m not moming), I love drawing, doing yoga, walking, and cooking.
